The Second Midwest Speech Contest

Midwest Chinese Teachers’ Alliance (MCTA) is glad to announce that the second Midwest Chinese Speech Contest is slated for April 17th, 2010 at Northside College Preparatory High School. Students who are currently enrolled in a Mandarin Chinese program at an elementary school or a middle/senior high school taught by MCTA members are welcomed to participate in this event.
